Piper M Halliday is an excellent ex-military piper of high calibre. He has played the pipes since age 11, was in the royal regiment 1st Battalion of the Royal Scot's Guards, and was chosen to pipe the Queen on regular engagements as the Queen's Guard's Piper at Balmoral in 1975. As a solo piper he has piped all over the world (including the USA) and has competed and performed in many competitions and events such as the Edinburgh Tattoo. He is from Edinburgh and a more authentic bagpiper you cannot find. He can appear in full no.1 uniform (as per pic) or day dress with the most famous tartan, Royal Stewart. |
